PASSPORT RE-ISSUE

Applicants living in the MIDLANDS & SOUTH WALES should apply for the "Passport Re-issue" to be done at the Bangladesh Assistant High Commission, Birmingham. Applicants from other areas may apply to their closest High Commission (for example LONDON & MANCHESTER).

Midlands: Staffordshire, Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire, West Midlands, Leicestershire, Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire, Warwickshire, Hereford and Worchester, Salop, Gloucestershire. 

South Wales: Cardiff, Newport, Swansea, Powys, Mid Glamorgan, South Glamorgan, Dyfed, Gwent. 


  

Requirements:

  • Duly filled in the Passport Re-issue form.

  • A recent passport-size photograph.

  • Current MRP and photocopy of information pages (if current MRP is lost/damaged, please talk to a Mission official).

  • Proof of address in the UK ( parent’s proof of address for applicants below 18 years old).

  • The UK or Bangladesh government registered marriage certificate/divorce certificate (to include/ remove/ change spouse’s name; applicable for married or divorced applicants ).

  • Proof of Profession.

  • Original along with a copy of foreign passport (if applicable).

  • Fee: £92.00 / £30.00 (for full-time students only)  Debit Card or Postal Order payable to Bangladesh High Commission, Birmingham, or via telephone by debit card to receive services by post


How to Apply

  • To submit the Passport Re-issue application in person please book an appointment. Without a prior appointment, the application can not be submitted to the Assistant High Commission. CLICK HERE for an appointment
  • To submit the Passport reissue application by post, please include a postal order with the appropriate fee, payable to "Bangladesh High Commission, Birmingham". Also, include a self-addressed special delivery prepaid envelope to return documents.
